The Pro 95 is a PC programmable dual trunking handheld scanner designed by GRE. It features the ability to track both conventional and trunked radio systems at the same time. It will follow Motorola type I and II systems, as well as EDACS trunked radio systems. The Pro 95 is capable of storing 1000 conventional channels, which are arranged in ten banks of one hundred.

It's capable of doing a lot and is programmable using your computer, a $30 cable and some software from the Internet, but the included manual can be difficult to use.
